Eximgarant is authorised to provide export credit risk insurance with state support as the official export credit agency of the Republic of Belarus.  Signed cooperation agreements with the leading Belarussian banks.
Ø	2005	Eximgarant of Belarus has become a full member of the Belarussian transport insurance bureau. Eximgarant of Belarus has got the rank «Honorary Church guardian».

Ø	2003	Eximgarant of Belarus is one of the founders of the Belarussian universal commodity exchange. The Prauge Club Meeting was hosted by Eximgarant of Belarus in Minsk
Ø	2002	The Ordinance of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus No. 10/29/1/2 dated January 31, 2001, approved the Regulations of the Procedure of Export Contracts (Credits) Insurance using the Export Support Fund mechanism. Such Ordinance regulated the procedure of short-term export contracts insurance from commercial risks. Eximgarant of Belarus is a full member of Prague Club
